Pavilion: Scheme02

This scheme focuses on the integration of two contrasting forms. A sweeping form that is (subtractive in nature) defines the interior space where visitors will sit to watch the historic films and the harbor while the exterior is defined by a rectilinear box form, making the pavilion an object in space/destination in the site.

E02_Atmosphere and Effect

For this project, we were asked to create both a night rendering and an atmospheric rendering for the same perspective view using Rhino and Photoshop. For the night rendering, I used several different adjustment layers to change the temperature and overall atmosphere of the space. For the second image, I used a series of filters (including add noise, motion blur, clouds, and others) to create the rain effect.
